The Ministry of Health has reduced the cost of Health Training Institution forms to GHS 150.00. Forms are available only at GCB Bank and Agriculture Development Bank. Buyers will receive a serial number and PIN for the online application.

To apply, visit the portal - healthtraining.gov.gh, create an account with the serial and PIN, fill out the form, upload documents, and submit. Applicants must be Ghanaian, at least 18 years old, and meet academic requirements in core and elective subjects.
